Rosone – Rosso – Puglia IGP

The “Rosone” of the oldest church of San Severo (year 1059) is the historical heart of the city. Our wines represent the historical heart of the local oenology. Wine from Sangiovese grapes from the San Severo countryside. This wine has a ruby red colour with violet reflections and pairs well with game and red meat dishes.

VINIFICATION:
After careful vinification the wine obtained ages in steel silos before being bottled

 

TASTING NOTES
Ruby red colour with violet hues, warm harmonic and rightly tannic. Fruity and vinous.

PAIRING:
It pairs with game and red meat dishes. It is recommended to serve at a ambient temperature, taking care to uncork the bottle a few hours before serving.
