Rosone – Bianco – Puglia IGP
The “Rosone” of the oldest church of San Severo (year 1059) is the historical heart of the city. Our wines represent the historical heart of the local oenology. Wine from grapes of Trebbiano, coming from the San Severo countryside. This wine, with its pale straw yellow colour, pairs well with hors d’oeuvres, light dishes and fish dishes.

VINIFICATION
