This wine is like the “Zephiro” wind: a light and pleasant breath of spring.Sparkling wine obtained by refermentation in autoclave of base wine made from Bombino grapes grown in the Daunia area. With a young and fresh taste, it pairs well with light dishes and aperitifs.

VINIFICATION
Obtained from the refermentation in autoclave, of
